Body Composition Analysis
Body composition testing plays a vital role as an important indicator for your overall health and fitness beyond simply measuring body weight. Tracking your body composition in changes in fat mass versus lean tissue over time offers insight into your health, fitness, and nutritional status. The Inbody scan provides an analysis of tracking your progress of muscle to fat ratio, body mass index, percentage body fat, muscle mass distribution, body fat distribution, body water balance and hydration. The body composition analysis is by appointment only and consists of the Inbody test, printed analysis of results, consultation and goal setting with Coach Kimmie.

Group training focuses on providing a full-body workout that includes strength training, mobility training, cardiovascular training, H.I.I.T., and more within a group setting.
